Refund Cancellation Policy

 

Refund is assured for all duplicate or error transactions made on the payment gateway on this site. The request should be made within 3 working days of the payment. The request is to be made to reach@reachinghand.org along with the proof, data, and contact details. We will get in touch with you. Once we are able to indentify and clarify the error, we will ask you to provide us with your bank details for reversal of error payment made on our site. We will make the refund by reversing the transaction through our bank or the payment service provider only to the account from which the payment was made. The charges for the refund would be borne by us in case of wrong deductions or error transactions. This process will take upto 14 working days from the day the request was made.
