dealings and very persevering. He hails from a family of 4 (2 older brothers and his parents). As his father had shirked his responsibility of looking after the family, this burden fell on his mother who was unable to care for all her children. .

A topper in class and winner of th MAGGIE QUIZ COMPETION.He has 2 brothers and 1 sister. Ever since his mother died, it became difficult for his father to care for and provide him an education. He was therefore brought to New Home.
Stephen
A dimpled smile that charms all,he was the torch bearer at the School Sports recently . The
burden of taking care of the family had fallen on Stephen's mother as his father is indifferent and irresponsible. New Home shares her burden by looking after Stephen.

A good singer, absolutely frank and the brain of her class.
She hails from a very poor family . Since the death of her father, New Home takes care of Sazhiinii, as her mother is too burdened with the welfare of 7other siblings.
Manjunath
EXTREMELY LOVING CHILD who didn't know how Love was to be
reciprocated till he came to New Home. His father is a truck
driver by day and a drunkard by night. He slept with his
father on the streets until a well-wisher handed him over to
New Home.

A grim face always immersed in thoughts and an intelligent
child. One thing he is very clear that he does not want to
go where he came from. After his fathers death his mother
deserted the family and today he is glad to be at New Home.
